  HIYA!! Okay so warning- I have realized Tuyetnhi is wayyy better at writing then ill ever be; so obviously my post wont has as much wonderful prose as hers. HOWEVER OUR IDEA IS SET!!! We want a dreamy or cyber type of vibe for our opener; but we do know for sure that it will be fairly decoden themed! (I’ll pay for the stickers and such hehe!) generally its going to be a slice of life about fashion subcultures, and I discussed with Tuyetnhi the idea of using a series of short clips to display a vlog sort of perspective; were of course working around this due to the budget we have but still, cute idea right!  In terms of mixed media i have a lot of craft materials we could use as part of the title sequence. I do also maybe want to incorporate a little more, knowing Tu is very into horror and mystery, I feel as if I may be overstepping with my cuteness overload. Heya! So, a huge thing that interests me a lot is title sequences! After all, Im an animator; and since im still young and practicing, working on title sequences are my best way to display impressive work with a lack of time! Seriously title sequences are so much fun, and have a tendency to show off some amazing animation and typography, so let’s analyze some that I really liked!  Movie 1; Enchanted OKAY! Starting the first few seconds the warp transition from the sky to the book, and the camerawork of the first 5 seconds is awesome, I absolutely love how that plays into the magical and fairytale vibe of this movie, which is of course added on by the gorgeous lettering. The moving camera slowly closing up to the lettering more and more, with the animation of blooming flowers and fairies add to it a lot too! Generally the use of stereotypical fairytale elements quickly establish the aesthetics of this movie and eludes to the mix of animation and real life aesthetics used! Also- The ...

 So, This post is gonna be fairly simple! My ideas are generally fantasy, coming of age type of vibes when it comes to genre.  I really like dreamy, imaginative vibes, so I believe using a certain visual aesthetic will help; decoden!!! Decoden is this super colorful but usually pastel form of creation using clay, foam, charms, and lots of stickers. It often has particular memorable items, especially cute animal characters like Sanrio, Sumikkogurashi, Pusheen, Studio Ghibli, and more! Not only is this a creative activity, but a fashion movement too, known as decora! Now imagine it- protagonists covered in color, stickers and pins and charms everywhere, a dreamy lens, and a coming of age film from the perspective of someone that just isn’t ready to grow up; how about that! >:DDD
